Despite the dynamic nature of Amazon, We have maintained an impressive FBA In-Stock Rate of over 96%. This success stems from an expertise in demand planning and efficient forecasting, ensuring a healthy stock position for an extensive product catalog.
We significantly enhanced customer satisfaction by achieving a low return rate of 1.71%. This success reflects the brand's quality, appeal and our expertise in optimizing Amazon product listings and ensuring exceptional packaging to minimize damages.
We were able to achieve an average 20% YoY revenue growth across these three regions in revenue and boost our product rankings in the categories to become top 50 sellers.
